What we collect

When you ask for a quotation or confirm a booking, we receive the details you type: your name, email, phone or Facebook name, your tour, travel date, number of guests and, for bookings, pick-up details and the names and ages of your group. We also keep a reference number for each request.

Why

To reply to you, prepare your quotation, arrange your tour and follow up about your trip. We do not sell your details.

Our customer system

Your request is saved in our booking and customer system so our travel agents can help you by email, phone, Messenger or WhatsApp. We keep your details as long as needed for your trip and our records.

Cookies and Meta (Facebook) tools

Our website uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to see which pages are visited and which of our ads bring people to us. When you send a request, we may share a coded (hashed) version of your email or phone and your request type with Meta to measure our ads. Meta uses the coded version only to match it with its users to measure our ads. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook settings and your browser.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Write to booking@poxtravelcebu.com.
