Most of our guests fly into Cebu for their tour. A little planning with your flights makes the whole trip smoother. Here's how to time your flights and how pickup works.
1. Is airfare included in the tour?
No, airfare is not included in our tour packages. You book your own flights to and from Cebu. This lets you choose the airline, schedule and fare that suit you best.
Our packages cover your time on the ground: transportation in our own vans, a driver-guide, entrance fees, and (on multi-day packages) hotel nights in a private room for your group.
2. Which airport?
Fly into Mactan-Cebu International Airport. It's in Lapu-Lapu City, the same city as our office, and it's the main airport for Cebu.
From Manila and Davao there are direct flights to Cebu every day. Check the airlines' websites for the latest schedules.
3. How to time your flights
Arrival:
- If you can, arrive the day before your tour, or early enough on Day 1 to join the tour comfortably.
- Send us your flight number and arrival time before your trip, so we can plan your pickup.
Departure:
- Ask us what time the last tour day ends before you book your flight home.
- Leave enough time to get to the airport and check in, especially in December and holiday season, when airports and roads are busier.
Simple rule: arrive early, leave late. Don't book a flight too close to your tour start or end time.
4. How airport pickup works
- Pickup and drop-off are included within your confirmed tour dates, in our designated pickup and drop-off areas (for example the airport or your hotel, depending on your package).
- If your flight lands or leaves outside your tour dates, for example you arrive the night before, we can still pick you up. That transfer has an extra charge, and we'll tell you the amount before you book.
- Our team watches your pickup time, and your driver-guide meets you for the start of your tour.

5. Booking order: what to book first?
- Choose your tour dates and send us a quotation request.
- Check flight schedules for those dates.
- Confirm your tour by paying the reservation fee (₱500 per person, maximum ₱2,500 for groups of more than 5), which is deducted from your total.
- Book your flights, then send us your flight details.
In peak season (December, Holy Week, April–May), book your tour and flights 1–2 months ahead.
